Browsing data.
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users who connect to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the user’s operating system and computer environment. These data are anonymized and are used only to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. These data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site.
Data provided voluntarily by the user.

Article 15 – Right of access
The data subject has the right to obtain from the data controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her are being processed, and, where that is the case, access to the personal data and information regarding the processing.
Article 16 – Right to rectification
The data subject has the right to obtain from the data controller without undue delay the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning him or her. Considering the purposes of the processing, the data subject has the right to have incomplete personal data completed, including by means of providing a supplementary statement.
Article 17 – Right to erasure (right to be forgotten)
The data subject has the right to obtain from the data controller the erasure of personal data concerning him or her without undue delay, and the data controller has the obligation to erase personal data without undue delay.
Article 18 – Right to restriction of processing
The data subject has the right to obtain from the data controller restriction of processing where one of the following applies:
– The data subject contests the accuracy of the personal data, for the period enabling the data controller to verify the accuracy of such data.
– The processing is unlawful, and the data subject opposes the erasure of the personal data and requests instead the restriction of their use.
– Although the data controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the processing, they are required by the data subject for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
– The data subject has objected to processing pursuant to Article 21(1) pending the verification whether the legitimate grounds of the data controller override those of the data subject.
Art. 20 – Right to data portability
L’interessato ha il diritto di ricevere in un formato strutturato, di uso comune e leggibile da dispositivo automatico i dati personali che lo riguardano forniti a un titolare del trattamento e ha il diritto di trasmettere tali dati a un altro titolare del trattamento senza impedimenti da parte del titolare del trattamento cui li ha forniti.
Nell’esercitare i propri diritti relativamente alla portabilità dei dati, l’interessato ha il diritto di ottenere la trasmissione diretta dei dati personali da un titolare del trattamento all’altro, se tecnicamente fattibile.
Art. 21 – Right to object
L’interessato ha il diritto di opporsi in qualsiasi momento, per motivi connessi alla sua situazione particolare, al trattamento dei dati personali che lo riguardano ai sensi dell’articolo 6, paragrafo 1, lettere e) o f), compresa la profilazione sulla base di tali disposizioni.
Art. 22 – Right not to be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling
L’interessato ha il diritto di non essere sottoposto a una decisione basata unicamente sul trattamento automatizzato, compresa la profilazione, che produca effetti giuridici che lo riguardano o che incida in modo analogo significativamente sulla sua persona.
